摘　　要：本文围绕河北省红色旅游发展战略在分析河北省红色旅游优势与问题基础上,提出了“资源整合、精品带动和产业化运作”等三大红色旅游发展战略,并围绕战略实施提出了解决思想认识问题、提升景区文化品位、搭建旅游购物平台等措施,以实现打造河北红色旅游精品,促进红色旅游可持续发展的目的。The essay discourses upon the tactics in developing the red tourism in Hebei province. On the basis of a thorough analysis of tourist resources, the actuality and developing advantage, the essay puts forward three developing tactics for red tourism ： the reunification of the resources, the drive of the exampies and industrialization. Furthermore, strategic measures are also treated in the settlement of ideology, the exaltation of the culture quality and the facility for shopping in the tourist area for the purpose of setting an excellent example in provincial red tourism and promote the lasting development.
