摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备活性炭(AC)负载型TiO2光催化剂,用XRD分析了其物相结构,以紫外灯为实验光源对活性炭负载TiO2光催化剂进行了光降解性能的研究。以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,考察了TiO2负载量、催化剂用量、热处理温度等不同条件下催化剂的光催化活性。结果表明,当TiO2负载量为33.3%,用量为2—3g/L,紫外光连续照射5h时,甲基橙溶液的降解率可达96.1%。The TiO2/AC photocatalyst was prepared by a sol- gel method,The samples were characterized by XRD,The performance of photodegradation of the products was examined with ultraviolet lamp as light source. With methyl orange as a contaminant, the activities of photocatalysis of the satrples were investigated with different loading capacities, amounts of catalyst, and temperatures of thermal treatment. The results indicated that the optimal loading capacity and amount of TiO2/AC was 33.3 %, 2 - 3g/L, respectively, under these conditions, the photodegradation rate of methyl orange was up to 96.1% after being irradiated five hours by ultraviolet lamp.
