摘　　要：介绍了一种单组分环保型聚氨酯防水涂料，讨论了二官能聚醚和三官能聚醚的混合比例对伸长率、拉伸强度的影响。并讨论了NCO质量份数对伸长率和催化剂对性能的影响及贮存稳定性等问题。实验结果表明涂料NCO质量份数应控制在4％-4．5％之间，催化剂二月桂酸二丁锡用量为0．5％对于本体系是适合的，添加除水剂AW-1、AW-2，选用超细填料和加入触变剂可以很好地解决贮存期问题。An environmnent fiiendly one component polyurethane waterproof coating was presented.The effects of ratio of polyether diol to polyether triol on elongation and tensile strength were discussed in this paper as well as the effects of NCO content, eatalysts on performance, and the stability during storage. The result showed that it was most suitable for this system when the NCO content was 4% - 4.5%, the amount of catalyst was 0.5%, and the problem of storage stability could be well settled by adding moisture scavenger AW- 1 ,AW- 2,superfine fillers,and thixotropie agent.
