青藏高原高山植物东俄洛风毛菊和川西风毛菊的核型研究

摘　　要：报道了产于中国青藏高原的东俄洛风毛菊(Saussurea pachyneura)和川西风毛菊(Saussurea dzeurensis)的染色体数目和核型.研究结果表明,东俄洛风毛菊2n=32,川西风毛菊2n=26,均为二倍体.核型公式为:东俄洛风毛菊2n=2x=32=30m+2sm,属2B型,川西风毛菊2n=2x=26=18m+6sm+2st,属2B型;2个种的染色体中均未发现随体.The chromsome numbers and the karyotypes of S. pachyneura and S. dzeurensis from Qinghai- Tibet Plateau of China are studied. The result showes that the chromosome numbers are： S. pachyneura, 2n=32, S. dzeurensis, 2n=26, they are all diploid. The karyotype formulae are as follows： S. pachyneura, 2n=2x=32=30m＋2sm, karyotype belongs to 2B type; S. dzeurensis, 2n=2x=26=18m＋6sm＋2st, karyotype belongs to 2B type. No satellites are found in these 2 species.
