摘　　要：随着DNA测序技术的不断发展,DNA序列分析在药用植物鉴定和品质研究等方面得到了广泛应用,为药用植物鉴定和道地性研究注入了新的活力.从药用植物鉴定和品质研究中的常用DNA片段(基因)、DNA序列分析在药用植物鉴定以及道地性研究中的应用等3个方面对有关研究的主要进展进行了综述,并对今后研究的前景和应注意的问题进行了初步讨论.With the development of DNA sequencing technology, DNA sequence analysis has been applied in many aspects of medicinal plants research, providing a new and reliable method for identification of medicinal plants and geo-herbalism research. This paper reviewed the main progress of related studies in the following aspects, DNA research of medicinal plants, medicinal plants. In addition, segments （genes） commonly used in the identification and geo-herbalism DNA sequence analysis applied in identification and geo-herbal research of the prospect and some questions in the field are briefly discussed.
