酸焦油聚合物配煤炼焦的试验研究

摘  要:通过对酸焦油的分析可知,其组分复杂、酸度低、含油量较高,是焦化厂清洁生产的难题,为此提出采用聚合反应法,在酸性催化剂条件下,固化处理得到固体聚合物用于配煤炼焦。试验结果表明:固体聚合物配煤后的焦炭冷热态强度、灰分、M30、M10均在小范围内变化,硫分稍有增加,但对焦炭质量影响不明显。Acid tar analysis shows that its composition is very complicated, its acidity is low and oil content high, which is a headache for clean production of coking plants. Therefore, polyreaction has bee proposed to solidify the acid tar polymer with the presence of acetic catalyst and blend it with coal. The test result shows that after such blending, there is not any evident change in the (cold/hot state) strength, ash content, M30, and M10, but with little addition of sulfur content, which do not cause apparent change in the quality of the coke.
