摘  要:简介了HPF法焦炉煤气脱硫工艺及其特点,指出了生产中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施:选择质量稳定的催化剂以保证脱硫效果;控制初冷温度为25℃,初冷塔间温差<3℃,以防止堵塔;控制再生塔空气鼓风强度90m3/m2.h ̄110m3/m2.h,为浮选硫泡沫创造条件;控制脱硫液温度35℃ ̄40℃,煤气温度25℃ ̄35℃,保证系统正常运行;采用焚烧的方法来处理副盐,缓解对系统的不利影响;采用碱液吸收再生塔顶尾气和连续熔硫,来减少环境污染。The HPF process for gas desulphurization in the Wuxi coking plant is described, some existing problems concerning catalyst, etc. and the solving measures were suggested. The initial cooling temperature is 25℃. The temperature difference between initial cooling towers is less than 3℃ to avoid block. The strength of regeneration tower is 90m^3/ m^2·h-110 m^3/m^2·h to create conditions for foam formation during fl6tation. The temperature of desulfurization solution is 35℃-45℃ and gas temperature is 25℃-35℃. The by-product salt is treated by incineration. The flue gas from top of the regeneration tower is adsorbed by alkali solution.
