摘　　要：山西是水资源缺乏省份之一。为了较准确掌握旱涝成因,本文对气候旱涝与农业旱涝的不同意义作了分析,并对几种旱涝指标及气候与农业旱涝的差别进行了简述,以进一步发展节水农业,促进水资源的合理利用。Shanxi is one of the provinces which are lack of water resource. In order to find out the reasons of drought and flood and to promote the development of water - saving agriculture and rationalization of water usage, we analyzed the difference between drought and flood of climatology and that of agriculture by contrasting several indices of drought and flood.
