摘 要:目的:用饱和水溶液法制备荜茇提取物-β-环糊精包合物。方法:采用正交实验设计,以包合率和产率为指标筛选最佳包合工艺。结果:最佳包合工艺为A3B1C3D1,即β-环糊精与提取物的比例为8∶1(g/g),包合温度为30℃,包合时间为6 h,β-环糊精与水的比例为1∶22(g/m l)。此条件下的包合率和产率分别可达约79%和75%。结论:通过正交实验优化出的荜茇提取物-β-环糊精包合物包合工艺能达到较高的包合率和产率。Objective:To prepare piper extract-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes by coprecipitation, Method:An orthogonal test was designed to optimize the technique of inclusion complexation by ratio of inclusion complexation and ratio of productivity. Results:The optimal technique of inclusion complexation was A3B1C3 D1, i.e. the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to extract of piper was 8:1 (g/g), the temperature was 30℃ ,the time was 6 hours and the rates of β-cyclodextrin to the volume of water was 1 : 22 (g/ml). With the optimal technique the ratio of inclusion complexation and productivity were about 79% and 75% ,respectively. Conclusion: High ratio of inclusion complexation and productivity are gained by orthogonal test.
