摘　　要：为解决卫生防疫地理信息系统（GIS）中的“数据爆炸但知识贫乏”的问题，本文进行了卫生防疫GIS中的数据挖掘技术研究，并探索了一种集成模式。最后阐述了空间数据挖掘在卫生防疫领域中的应用。Now, a great deal of raw data are stored in database of geographical information systems （GIS） of sanitary and anti-epidemic system, but we often find that there are more information than we know what to do with. So the technology of spatial data mining（SDM） is studied in order to solve, the problem. In this paper, one integration mode between GIS and SDM is put forward and, finally, the kind of information which can be mined in sanitary and anti-epidemic system is set forth.
