摘 要:以热塑性树脂为粘结剂、石墨为导电填料,采用模压一次成型,制备复合材料双极板.考察了树脂含量和成型工艺参数对双极板透气性能的影响.树脂含量与成型压力对双极板透气性能的影响比成型温度与保温时间的影响要大.在树脂含量为10%~16%,成型压力为5~25 MPa,成型温度为140~170℃,保温时间为10~40 min时,双极板的透气率可达10^-12 cm/s·Pa的数量级.Composite material bipolar plates using thermoplastic resin as the binder and graphite as the conductive filler were prepared by means of compression molding technology. The influences of the resin content and molding parameter on the air permeation of bipolar plates were researched. The results showed the influences of content of resin and the molding pressure on the air permeation of bipolar plates were bigger than that of the molding temperature and temperature keeping time on it. The air permeation rate could reach the order of magnitute of 10^-12 cm/s·Pa when the resin content was 10% - 16%, molding temperature was 5- 25 MPa, molding temperature was 140 ~ 170 ℃ and temperature keeping time was 10 ~ 40 min.
