摘 要:用循环伏安法研究了石墨电极在PC系电解液中的电化学行为。溶剂为PC时,PC在石墨电极上大量分解并同Li+一起嵌入石墨层中,导致石墨完全剥落,通过调整溶剂的组成和配比,可抑制PC嵌入石墨电极。对石墨电极在PC系电解液中的首次充放电研究表明:随着电解液中DMC含量的增加,电池首次充放电的不可逆容量减小。对含PC系电解液的锂离子电池循环性能的研究表明:电池的初始容量和循环稳定性随着电解液中DMC含量的增加而增加,电解液组成为1 mol/L LiPF6/EC+PC+DMC(1∶1∶4)时,电池初始放电容量为784.2 mAh,经50次循环后,容量保持率达97.0%。The electrochemical behavior of graphite electrode in PC based electrolyte was studied by using cycling voltammetry method. When the solvent was PC, PC decomposed on graphite electrode continually and inserting with Li^+ into graphite electrode, which made graphite electrode exfoliate significantly. The intercalation of PC into graphite electrode could be restrained by adjusting the components and proportion of solvents. The initial charge-discharge behavior of graphite electrode in PC based electrolyte was studied. It was found that the initial charge-discharge irreversible capacities of the batteries decreased with the increasing of DMC content in electrolyte. The cycle performance of Li-ion battery with PC based electrolyte was studied. It was found that the initial capacities and cycle stability of the batteries were improved with increasing of DMC content in electrolytes. The initial discharge capacity of the battery with 1 mol/L LiPF6/EC + PC + DMC( 1 : 1:4) was 784.2 mAh, the capacity retention rate was 97.0% after 50 cycles.
