摘  要:叙述了LiFePO4的固相反应法、水热合成法、共沉淀法和雾化热解法等合成工艺;对比了掺杂元素和修饰方法对LiFePO4导电能力、锂离子扩散速率和容量的影响等。总结了LiFePO4的工业化水平。LiFePO4的研究重点为优化掺杂元素的种类和比例,合成晶型单一、粒径小、容量较高和电导率较高的复合材料。The synthesis methods of LiFePO4 such as sohd-state reaction method, hydrothermal synthesis method, coprecipitation method and spray-pyrolysis method were emphasized. The effects of doping elements and modification ways on conduction, diffusion of Li ion and the capacity of LiFePO4 were compared. The industrialization state of LiFePO4 was summarized. The research emphases of LiFePO4 were to optimize the kind and components of doping elements, to synthesize complex cathode material with single crystal lattice, small particle size, high capacity and high electron conductance.
