摘 要:通过理论分析和数值计算论证了用相变材料模拟多种常用金属构件热特性的可行性.利用相变材料模拟了厚度分别为20 mm,30 mm,50 mm和100 mm的金属板材,发现在模拟较厚的金属板材时,相变材料的低导热系数对模拟效果产生了不利影响.在此基础上,利用导热系数增强的相变材料对厚度大于100 mm金属板材进行模拟,取得了较好的模拟效果.并利用相变材料模拟了金属构件轮和管的热特性.The feasibility of simulating thermal characteristics of metal constructions with phase change materials (PCM) is investigated theoretically and numerically. Detailed calculations are shown to evaluate the simulation of a serial of metal boards with different thickness, such as 20 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm and 100 mm. It is found that the low thermal conductivity of the PCM is a significant disadvantage in simulating thicker metal boards. Based on that, the PCM with reinforced thermal conductivity is used to simulate the metal board with a thickness of more than 100 ram. Good simulation results are obtained. Furthermore, PCM simulations for two common metal constructions, a steel wheel and a pipe, are studied.
