摘 要:目的探讨冬休时间对再入高原施工人员早期生理习服的影响。方法选择2002—2004年参与高原施工且2003—2005年参加工前体检的2528名施工人员,根据冬休时间随机分为短休组(1544人,冬休时间为17~60d,平均59.55d)和长休组(984人,冬休时间90~103d,平均92.32d)。体检指标包括血氧饱和度(SaO2)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、心电图(ECG)、血红蛋白(Hb)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活力、尿素氮(BUN)。结果长休组SBP、DBP、HR及Hb均低于短休组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001),SaO2略高于短休组熏差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。长休组人群ALT、BUN、BP的异常率低于短休组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。短休组与长休组人群ECG的异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高原施工人员冬休有利于生理机能的调整和肝、肾、心脏等器官组织对低氧损害的恢复,改善和提高再次暴露低氧环境的习服水平。适宜的冬休时间为3个月。Objective To study the influence of the winter rest time on the early physiological adaptation of builders who reentered into the plateau. Methods 2 528 people reentered into the plateau were divided into the long time rest group (≥ 90 days, n=984) and short time rest group(≤60 days, n=1544) in the winter, the physical examination was conducted when the builders reentered into the plateau for 7-15 days, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 statistics software. Results Compared with that in the short time rest group, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, hemoglobin content and abnormal rate of ALT, BUN, BP of the people in the long time rest group were significantly lower, whereas SaO2 was higher. Conclusion Winter rest is benefit and necessary for the early physiological adaptation of the builders reentered into the altiplano and the optimum rest time should be 90 days.
