摘  要:室内测定了生物源杀虫剂多杀菌素对红火蚁的触杀及胃毒毒力,并根据红火蚁的取食生理学,设计出联杯法测定毒饵的传导毒杀活性.结果表明,多杀菌素对红火蚁工蚁的触杀LC50为3.44 mg/L,显著高于对照药剂氟虫腈的LC50值0.76 mg/L;而胃毒LC50为4.22 mg/kg,显著低于氟虫腈的LC50值6.19 mg/kg.联杯法测定结果表明,多杀菌素能通过工蚁的取食和交哺行为进行传导,传导毒力随供药工蚁取食毒饵的活性成分含量上升而增高;当毒饵活性成分为53.64 mg/kg时,处理后8 d受药试蚁死亡率达(64.70±2.37)%.本研究结果显示,多杀菌素对红火蚁具有高胃毒低触杀毒力,适合用于制备红火蚁毒饵的杀虫活性成分,其传导毒杀活性能用联杯法进行测定.The contact and oral toxicities of bio-insecticide spinosad to worker ants of a laboratory reared colony of the red imported fire ant were measured in comparison with fipronil. The results showed that the LCs0 value for contact toxicity of spinosad was 3.44 mg/L, significantly higher than that of fipronil which was 0.76 mg/L, lower than the value 6. while the LC50 value for oral toxicity of spinosad was 4.22 mg/kg, 19 mg/kg of fipronil. For the purpose of measurement of transferring activity, co-cup method was designed based on the feeding physiology of the red imported fire showed that spinosad in bait, indicated by Sudan Red dye, was able to be transferred ants to worker and larval ants under the co-cup test condition. The mortality caused by remarkably insecticidal ant. It was by feeding worker transferring insecticide was increased as the increase of active content in bait. With treatment at 53.64 mg/kg spinosad content, the mortality of transferring insecticide was up to (64.70 ± 2.37) % after 8 d treatment. It can be concluded that spinosad with good oral toxicity and low contact toxicity exhibits remarkable transferring insecticidal activity under co-cup measurement and is one of suitable insecticides for bait preparation.
