再论“公平”与“效率”何者为先

摘　　要：在我国经济快速增长的同时,收入分配的不公平现象越来越严重,这和长期以来分配领域始终坚持“效率优先,兼顾公平”的原则是分不开的。要降低这一政策口号的负面影响,就必须进行政策理念创新,不能只要效率而抛弃公平,而是要使公平与效率在多维度空间的交互作用中达到统一。With the fast growth of our country＇s economy, the phenomenon of income disparity is more serious, which could be the ill effect of the policy namely ＂efficiency first, then the equality＂ in a certain case. In order to reduce the negative influence of the policy, we must carry on the innovation of income policy and pay attention to equality as well as efficiency in the hyperspace correlation.
