摘　　要：目的了解上海市中高档桑拿浴场服务小姐性传播疾病／艾滋病（STD／AIDS）的感染情况、相关行为和影响因素。方法对选择的浴场中在2003年4月～2004年10月工作的所有服务小姐117人，进行流行病学调查和实验室检查。结果根据问卷调查，该人群中每次或经常使用安全套者63人（53．8％），偶尔或从不使用者54人（46．2％）；每次或经常使用安全套率〉25岁组（42．2％）低于〈25岁组（67．9％）（χ^2=7．73，P=0．004）。性交后每次或经常冲洗阴道者有93人（79．5％），仅2人（1．7％）不冲洗阴道。疾病总检出率31．6％，其中细菌性阴道炎阳性率最高达17．1％。用Logistic回归进行多因素分析，文化程度、阴道冲洗与细菌性阴道炎有统计学意义（OR=9．22，P=0．001和OR=26．22，P=0．008）。结论该人群与性伴之间的不正确保护或无保护的性行为，极易成为STD的蚤害者和传播者．应采取措旒提高她们的认识．提供医疗服务．减少STD／AIDS的发牛。Objective To determine STD prevalence and related behaviors in the sauna female workers in Shanghai. Methods A total of 117 women working in the sauna bath from April 2003,to Dec. 2005 were interviewed and tested for STDs. Results The rate of vaginal douching usually was 79.5% and there were only two women（1.7% ） who had never douched;the rate of using condom usually was 53.8% ,and the rate of never or occasionally using was 46.2% . The rate of using condom（42.2%）in the group aged beyond 25 years was higher than that（67.9%）in 〈 25year age group（χ^2=7.73, P=0.004）. The prevalence of any STD was 31.6%. Among these STDs, the rate of bacterial vaginosis（ 17.1% ） was on the top of the list. By multiple logistic regression analysis, education level and vaginal douching were related to bacterial vaginosis significantly（OR = 9.22, P=0.002;OR = 26.22, P=0.047） .Conclusion Lack of the knowledge of STD/AIDS, less protected sexual behavior or wrong preventive behavior in the sauna workers made them more sensitive to STDs and easier to transmit STDs to others. Therefore,to reduce the prevalence of STDs,we should carry out some steps to enrich their knowledge about STDs, offer regular medical consultations and medical tests, and teach them how to prevent STD and to gain a normal diagnosis.
