摘  要:为了更好地协调急诊科的护患关系,采取调查问卷的方法收集病人及家属意见.在护理服务中渗透人文关怀,开展了各种形式的细化护理服务,使护理工作的满意度大大提高.In order to set up a better nurse - patient relationship, put humanistic concern in nursing service, various forms of nursing service measures were unfolded in our department. Opinions from either patients or their family members have collected by filling out questionnaires. And the results showed that the satisfaction rate of patients toward nursing work had been greatly increased.
