摘　　要：介绍大型磷铵国产化装置反应浓缩工段多效蒸发室液位自协调的原理,理论证明按“中间高、两头低”方案布置的3个蒸发罐之间过料流量无需控制,只要控制反应闪蒸罐的液位高度,全系统液位随之自动协调。本方法可以降低工艺与设备的复杂性,提高操作的可靠性。The principle of self -coordinating liquid level in the multiple effect evaporator during the slurry reaction and concentration in the China-made large scale plant for producing AP is introduced. Through regulating the liquid level in flash vessel, the liquid leaves in the whole system are also automatic coordinated, and the passing flux needs not control among the three evaporators distributed in the scheme of ＂higher in the middle and lower in both sides＂. Which reduces the complexity of the technics and the equipment ,and increases the operational dependability.
