2,4-二氯苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定环境水样中微量铜

摘　　要：研究铜（Ⅱ）-2，4-二氯苯基荧光酮（DCIPF）-表面活性剂体系，提出以澳代十六烷基吡啶（CPB）增敏，在pH5．82的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中Cu（Ⅱ）与DCIPF反应生成1：2的络合物，最大吸收波长为602nm，线性范围为0～0．8mg／L，检出限为0．04mg／L摩尔吸光系数为8．98×10^4L／（mol·cm）．将该体系用于环境水样中微量铜的测定，方法准确可靠，抗干扰效果好且简便易行。A color reaction of copper with 2,4- Dichro-Phenylfluorone and CPB has been studied. The results showed that in the buffer solution of pH 5.82,complex of copper with 2,4-Dichro- Phenylfluorone is formed,and the maximum absorption wavelength is 602 nm. The apparent molar absorption coefficient is 8.98× 10^4 L/（mol · cm）. Beer＇s law is obeyed for Cu（ Ⅱ ） in the range of 0 ～0. 8 mg/L. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of copper in environmental water samples.
