摘　　要：党代表大会常任制试点工作是一项极其复杂的当代政治现象。在社会转型和体制转轨的社会背景下,以上世纪80年代后期以来的试点工作为资料背景,抽取党代表这个试点工作中的基本要素为研究样本,分析试点工作的经验与不足;分别从合法性、试点工作的实质、学理上存在的阻力和潜在动力等方面探讨试点工作不足的原因;从党内民主建设的实际出发,思考进一步推进这项试点工作的社会动力。The experiment of the permanent post in Party＇s Representative Conference is a complex contemporary political phenomenon. Under the background of social and institution transition, this article took the party＇s representatives as research cases and analyzed the experience and the shortage of the experiment. It discussed the reasons that caused the shortages of the experiment from various aspects. Moreover, it started from the facts of the democratic construction within the CCP and discussed the social motivation that would push this experiment.
