摘　　要：作为一门独立的学科,我国的法制心理学研究是从20世纪70年代以后才开始。但是在广大理论和实际工作者的共同努力下,在其理论研究和应用研究方面都取得较大的发展。为总结经验,展望未来,有必要对过去20余年的发展进行全面的回顾,并在此基础上对我国法制心理学进行一个比较客观的展望。As an independent subject, the research on science of legality psychology in our country has not been conducted until 1970s. However, with joint efforts by wide-range theoretical and practical workers, it has been developed greatly both in theoretical and applied aspects. In order to sum up the experiences and look hopefully into the future, it is necessary to review the past of more than 20 years thoroughly and on the base of this, to make a comparative objective outlook towards legality psychology in China.
