论新型收入分配观的构建——基于完善社会主义市场经济体制的分析

摘　　要：目前收入分配观当中存在的主要问题包括:对分配对象界定过于狭窄;对分配主体的理解过于单一,对各自作用领域划分不清;分配依据和标准不统一,未突出制度内依据、标准的作用;忽视制度体系的构建,制度的改革与建设滞后,正式制度与非正式制度不够匹配。构建新型收入分配观应从拓展分配对象、扩大分配主体、整合分配依据、强化制度改革与建设等方面着手。The main problems of view on income distribution today include： the definition of distribution object is too narrow, the comprehension of distribution subject is too single to distinguish from the function realm, the basis and standard of distribution is not consolidated and don＇t stand out the basis and standard inside the system, it neglect the construction of system so that formal system and informal system are not matching. To construct new type view on income distribution, we ought to take follow measures： To develop the distribution object, to widen the distribution subject, to integrate the distribution basis and to consolidate the building and reforming of the distribution system.
