摘　　要：文章借鉴国外交通影响评价经验,论述了我国城市建设项目评价的方法、内容和具体步骤。并通过重庆市杨家坪正升百老汇广场工程项目实例,分析了我国现行的交通影响评价的工作机制,归纳总结了实践操作中存在的现实问题,最后提出了改进建议。研究表明,交通影响评价是保证建设项目与城市交通协调发展的重要环节。Tnis paper discussed the evaluation methods, contents and detailed processes of city construction items according to previous research on Traffic Impact Analysis all over the world. Probing into impacts and appraise working mechanism in our country＇ s current traffic impact analysis, summing up the realistic problem that existed while operating by the construction item of Zhengsheng Broachray Square of Yangjia Groud of Chongqing City, and finally put forward improving proposal. The study indicated that traffic impact analysis is the important rathe of citytraffic harmoniously developing with construction items.
