摘  要:研制出低能耗及快速热稳定型声光调Q全固态绿光激光器,应用专门研制的双控驱动器(DCD),使全固态绿激光器能耗减少50%以上,主要部件温升减少10℃以上,达到热稳定的时间减少到22%,用1 W的LD抽运,得到了脉宽14.5 ns、峰值功率1 kW的无寄生脉冲的绿激光输出。A new type of A-O Q-switched solid-state lasers with the performance of less power dissipation and quickened thermally stabilization, has been developed. By using the special home-made double-control driver(DOD), the LD pumped solid state green laser has much better performance than that applied the normal continuous pumping driver. The electric power is saved more than 50% ,the temperature rising at main parts of the laser set is dropped down more than 10 ℃ ,and the time taken for thermally stabilization is reduced to 22%. Pumped by a 1 W LD,the output pulses with peak power of about 1 kW and width of 14.5 ns are obtained.
