摘  要:目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)终止妊娠的可能性。方法:利用HIFU治疗机(780kHz)6种声功率各60s体内直接照射妊娠第8天大鼠胚胎,妊娠16d时观察各组胚胎死亡率和胎盘、子宫的形态学变化。结果:对照组胚胎总死亡率为10.31%(43/417);实验组中声功率4、8W/cm2及≥12W/cm2组的胚胎死亡率分别为25.35%(18/71)、72.60%(53/73)和100.00%(69/69、71/71、71/71、72/72)。超声照射后8d的改变,光镜下主要为胎盘出血、变性、坏死,变化随剂量的增加而明显。结论:胎盘较子宫对HIFU更敏感,更易受损,HIFU抗早孕具有潜在的可行性,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the availability of the termination of early rat pregnancy induced by high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods The implantation sites of left uterus of the 8th day rat embryos were exposured with an intensity of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 W/cm^2 for 60 s. At the same time, the embryos of right uterus was taken as the control group. At the 16th day of gestation, the animals were sacrificed. Embryonic mortality and morphology changes of placentas and uteruses were observed. Results It was found that total embryonic mortality was 10. 31% (43/ 417) in control group and 25. 35% (18/71), 72. 60% (53/73) and 100.00% (69/69, 71/71, 71/71 and 72/72) in experimental groups of an intensity of 4, 8 and equal or more than 12 W/cm^2, respectively. Under optical microscope, necrosis and hemorrhage were observed in placenta on the 8th day after irradiating. Conclusion Our data proves that the placenta are more sensitive and injured to HIFU than uterus, which is feasible for early termination of rat pregnancy with HIFU.
