摘  要:介绍了小球烧结研究的成果及其工业应用。将原圆筒混合机改造为强力圆筒混合造球机,使用雾化喷水器,提高造球效果;并保持普通烧结法的燃料粒度,采用燃料分加技术和偏析布料技术,实现了小球烧结;使烧结机利用系数大幅度提高,固体燃耗降低,烧结矿质量提高,高炉使用小球烧结矿进行冶炼取得了增产节焦的效果。This paper describes the results of study on minipelletized sintering process and the key techniques for its commercial application. The primary drum mixer was renovated into strong drum pelletizer and the atomized spray is used in order to increase the pelletizing effect. Under condition of primary fuel size the separate feed of fuel technique and segregation charging technique are adopted. In this way, sinter output is greatly increased, solid fuel consumption is reduced and sinter quality is improved. The output increament and coke saving of blast furnace achieved by using mini-pelletized sinter is also discribed in this paper.
