摘  要:借助于有限元分析软件,对炉内辊进行了耦合分析。利用MATLAB的计算和绘图功能,绘制了炉内辊磨损量和炉内辊外表面温度、热应力的实时动态关系曲线,表明炉内辊的使用过程的安全性;绘制了不同导热系数材料的辊面温度—磨损量曲线,为材料成分的优化设计提供了参考依据。With the aid of the finite element analysis software, the coupling analysis to the furnace roller was carried on. Using MATLAB calculation and drawing function, the real - time trends relation curve of the abrasion quantity and the outward surface temperature of the furnace roller and the thermal stress was drawn, and security in using the furnace roller was shown. At the same time, the relation curve of the roller surface temperature and the abrasion quantity of the various thermal conductivity materials was drawn, and reference foundation for optimization design of material ingredient was provided.
