摘 要:对供试材料主要性状与蔗茎产量、蔗汁蔗糖分的相关和通径分析表明,茎径、有效茎数与蔗茎产量的相关系数虽然较小(分别为0.0808、0.3658),但有效茎数对蔗茎产量的直接影响最大(1.7935),茎径次之(1.5979);叶片酸性转化酶活性、酸性转化酶活性/中性转化酶活性均与蔗汁蔗糖分存在较大负相关关系(分别为-0.5593、-0.6611,后者达显著程度),前者直接作用大,而后者间接作用大。The relationship among cane yield, sucrose content of cane juice and the main characters of the tested materials was analyzed by the correlation and path coefficient. The results were as follows: the correlation coefficients(0. 0808 and 0. 3658) among stalk diameter, millable stalks per hm^2 and cane yield were small, but the direct effect( 1. 7935) of millable stalks per hm2 to cane yield ranked the first, the stalk diameter ranked the second( 1. 5979) ; both the acid invertase activity and ratio of acid to neutral invertase activity in leaves showed negatively correlated with sucrc, se content of cane juice( - 0. 5593 and -0. 6611, the latter was in a significant level), and the direct contribution of acid invertase activity to sucrose content of cane juice was important while the contribution of ratio of acid to neutral invertase activity was mainly indirect.
