摘  要:本文扼要地介绍了机车防振橡胶弹性牵引齿轮的结构。通过有限元计算、光弹实验和刚度测试等方法,分析橡胶减振元件工作时的受力和变形状态,对比疲劳特性试验和运转实践结果,提出弹性橡胶滚子最佳形状的可行的研究方法和结论。The structures of elastic driving gears made of antivibration rubber for locomotive use are briefly introduced in this paper. By means of the finite element calculation, photoelastic experiments and stiffness measurement, the forces acted on antivibration rubber components and the deformations brought about in their work conditions are analyzed. And a feasible research method for the optimum elastic rubber rollers and concerning conclusions are represented according to the comparision of their fatigue charactoristics and the results of operational tests.
