VEGF、p27蛋白表达在肝细胞肝癌术后转移复发中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中VEGF、p27蛋白表达在术后转移复发中的意义。方法用免疫组织化学SAP-SP法,检测肝癌组织中VEGF和p27蛋白表达情况。结果62例转移复发组HCC中VEGF、p27蛋白阳性表达分别为41例、11例;在有转移复发组和无转移复发组间VEGF和p27蛋白表达有差异(P<0.001)。VEGF蛋白阳性表达与术后转移复发呈正相关,p27蛋白阳性表达与术后转移复发呈负相关(P<0.001)。有转移复发组和无转移复发组VEGF和p27蛋白表达有差异(P<0.001)。结论HCC病人VEGF蛋白高阳性表达和p27蛋白低表达是术后转移和复发的重要指征。Objective To study the expression of VEGF and p27 protein with their significance in metastasis and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma （ HCC ） in patients post - operation. Metnoos lne protein expression ot VEGF and p27 were detected by immunohistochemical technique with SAP- SP. Results The frequencies of VEGF, p27 protein positivity were 41, 11 cases respectively. There was a significant statistical difference in VEGF, p27 protein expression between metastasis and recurrence group and non metastasis and recurrence group. Expression of VEGF protein a showed a significantly positive, but of p27 was negative, correlation with metastasis and recurrence in HCC post - operation. Conclusion Expression of VEGF, p27 protein are the important factor to metastasis and recurrence in HCC post- operation.
