摘 要:包晶反应对铸坯表面质量影响严重,笔者针对邯钢CSP生产线的表面纵裂问题,利用实验和生产数据研究了冷却速率和硅、锰合金元素对Fe-C合金的包晶反应和包晶点位置的影响。研究结果表明:由于CSP薄板坯冷却速率快,Fe-C相图向左下方移动,包晶反应区域的碳含量为0.08%~0.20%;在钢中其它成分不变的条件下,硅含量增加,锰含量减少,包晶点处的碳含量提高。因此,对于CSP工艺生产的低碳钢,碳含量应控制在下限,而中碳钢的碳含量应控制在中上限。Peritectic reaction has important effect on the slab surface quality. Influence of cooling rate, silicon and manganese content on the peritectic reaction and peritectic point of Fe-C alloys has been studied by the experimental data and production data for solving the problem of longitudinal surface cracks. The results show that for high cooling rate of thin slab casting process, the Fe-C phase diagram move left and down and the carbon content in the region of peritectic reaction ranges from 0. 08% to 0. 20% ; when other compositions of steel are constant, the carbon content increases with the increase of silicon content and the decrease of manganese content. Therefore, for mild steel, carbon content should be restricted to lower limit, and for medium-carbon steel, carbon content should be restricted to upper limit for CSP production.
