摘  要:自体骨髓干细胞移植作为一种缺血性疾病的新的治疗手段,日益受到研究者重视。包含内皮祖细胞在内的自体骨髓干细胞受到缺血区域局部微环境的诱导,可以动员、迁移、分化生成新生血管,从而改善局部缺血。骨髓基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)是近年发现的细胞因子,生物作用广泛,对它的研究以往主要集中在血液病和艾滋病的治疗领域。自1997年发现SDF-1对CD34+细胞具有强效趋化作用以后,陆续有研究者将之用于心脑血管缺血性疾病的干细胞研究领域,并发现它可以明显的促缺血区域血管新生。肢体缺血的病变与心脑血管缺血性疾病相类似,综述SDF-1与自体骨髓干细胞移植的相关文献,有利于为血管外科研究者研究肢体缺血性疾病的治疗提供更广阔的思路。As a new therapeutic method in treating ischemic diseases, autologeus bone marrow stem cell transplantation is attracting more and more attention of researchers. Induced by factors of the local iscbemia microcircumstance, stem cells of autologous bone marrow including endothelial progenitor cells can mobilize, translocate, and then differentiate into neovascnlature,which then lessen the ischemia. As a new found cytokine recently, stremal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1),having a wide biological action,of which the study is mainly on the the therapy for hematopathies and AIDS. Since it has been identified as a strong chemotatic factor for CD34^+ cells,it had been used in the research field of stem cell in treating ischemic disease from heart and brain by researchers one after another, who found that it can promote neovasculorization in ischemic area. Since the pathologies of limb ischemia is similar to those of cardial or cerebral to a large extent, for researchers of per/pheral vascular surgery it may be academically informing to explore documents concerning SDF-1 and stem cells of autologous bone marrow.
