摘　　要：上胸段硬膜外(HTEA)治疗顽固性不稳定型心绞痛及心肌缺血的研究取得了很大进展。HTEA不但能显著改善心肌缺血的临床症状,还能在止痛的基础上扩张冠状动脉,增加心肌氧供,减少心肌氧耗,使降低的ST段及倒置的T波恢复。HTEA可稳定凝血功能,降低栓塞并发症。HTEA对缺血性心脏病和心脏缺血再灌注损伤有明显保护作用也逐步得到确认。The big progress in treating refractoriness unstable angina and myocardial ischemia using HTEA has been made from the related study. HTEA can not only reduce the clinical system of myocardial isehemia,but also has many efficacy betides pain taking in expanding coronary artery, increasing MO2 supplying, decreasing MO2 consuming and reviving the lowered ST section and inverted T wave. HTEA can stabilize the coagulation function and decrease the complication of embolism, it is gradually confirmed that HTEA has an obvious protective effects on isehemie heart disease and ischemidal reperfution injury of heart.
