摘 要:本文概述了氨浸法预处理含雌黄、雄黄的坪定金矿石及含砷锑汞的丹寨微细粒金精矿的应用研究。提出了用5%~7%氨水溶液溶解雌黄,并在85℃及常压下氨水中加入硫磺,使难溶的雄黄转化为雌黄而溶解;在85℃及200kPa压力下,于5%~7%氨水溶液中加入铜离子作催化剂,催化氧化残余的雌黄、雄黄及毒砂的新型工艺,并对工艺过程各因素的影响进行了较为详细的研究。当用硫氨法脱砷-氨性催化氧化-氰化法处理坪定金矿石及用氨性催化氧化-氰化法处理丹寨金精矿时,都取得了较满意的效果。经预处理后,金的氰化浸出率分别可达85%及80%~85%。A new process for pretreatment of arsenic refractory gold ores with ammonia leaching in function of cupric ions as catalyst was proposed in this paper The Ping Ding gold ore is a refractory ore containing 12g/tAu ,13 5%As,0 221%organic C and high alkaline gangue 46%of arsenic is present in the form of As 2S 3 and 38%in As 2S 2 A new patented process,consisting of ①dissolving As 2S 3 and ② convertingAs 2S 3 intoAs 2S 2in the presence of elemental sulfur in 5%~7% ammonia solution; ③Cu 2+ -catalytic oxidation in 5%~7%ammonia solution under 100~200kPa at 85℃ was developed by authors Pretreated by this process,over 85%of gold was recovered in a subsequent cyanide leaching When the gold concentrate containing As,Sb and Hg from Danzhai Mine was treated with Cu 2+ -catalytic oxidation in 5%~7% ammonia solution,80%~85% of gold was recovered in a subseqent cyanide leaching By comparison ,only a few percents of gold were recovered in direct cyanidation without pretreatment
