局部氧疗配合炉甘石治疗新生儿红臀的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨氧气疗法对新生儿臀红的治疗效果,将2000年1月—2004年12月100例臀红患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。两组新生儿臀部均涂用炉甘石洗剂,观察组患儿在涂用炉甘石之前予氧气疗法;对照组不给予氧气,观察两组治疗痊愈天数。结果表明,观察组与对照组治疗痊愈天数有明显差异性(P<0.05),观察组治疗效果优于对照组。提示氧气疗法配合炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿臀红临床疗效显著。To inquiry into the oxygen therapy treatment result to neonatus＇s red hip, 100 hips was red sick children from January in 2000 to December in 2004 were random divided into the observation group and control group. Two sets of neonatus＇s hips were all moistened and rubbed with calamine lotion observation group, sick children use oxygen therapy before moisten and rub with calamine, control group don＇t use oxygen therapy, the numbers with completely recovered treatments were observed, the results show that the completely recovered number of observation group and control group has the obvious difference （ P 〈 0.05）, observation group the matched control with better than control group. It concludes the oxygen therapy matches with calamine lotion to treat red hip of neonatus have a power of good.
