摘　　要：分析90°扭曲向列型液晶的电-光开关特性,将“90°TN—LC”设定为“正常黑”(NB)模式,置于两个透光方向互相平行的偏振片之间.使用函数发生器以100Hz方波的方式加电压于液晶盒的两ITO电极上,将电压值由0逐步增至7V,对NB90°TN-LC进行测量,画出电-光开关特性曲线(I-U曲线),找出开关斜率,临界电压.We analyzed Electro - Optic valve characteristic of 90° twisted nematic liquid crystal, setting ＂90° TN - LC＂ to the ＂normal black＂ （NB） pattern,and put in between two diaphanous directions mutually parallel polaroid. First, using function producer add the voltage of the 100Hz square- wave to two ITO electrodes on the liquid crystal box, secondly, increase the voltage value gradually from 0 to 7V. thirdly, test NB90° TN - LC, then draw the electro - optic valve properties curve （the I - U curve）, and finally find the valve slope, threshold voltage.
