摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏手术后纵隔感染的诊断方法及治疗措施。方法:对解放军第454医院1987年12月至2004年6月914例心脏直视手术病例中发生术后纵隔感染的8例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:本组病人心脏手术后纵隔感染的发生率为0.88%,无术后早期死亡。结论:尽早确诊,及时采用纵隔清创、术后灌洗、全身抗感染治疗及营养支持,是治疗心脏手术后纵隔感染的有效方法。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of infection of mediastinum after open-heart operation. Methods 8 patients with infection of mediastinum were retrospectively analyzed among 914 cases after open-heart operation from Dec, 1987 to Jun, 2004. Result The rate of infection of mediastinum after open-heart operation was 0. 88 percent, no mortality in early postoperative period was seen in the group. Conclusion and to take effective measures sach as mediastinum debridement, retrostemal irrigation, It is important to early diagnose general antibiotics and nutrition support.
