蛇毒清胶囊对眼镜蛇咬伤局部组织坏死的预防作用临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药制剂蛇毒清胶囊对眼镜蛇咬伤患者局部组织坏死的预防作用。方法:眼镜蛇咬伤60m in内且就诊时尚未出现局部坏死的患者86例,随机分为2组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加服蛇毒清胶囊,均以7天为1疗程。观察比较2组局部组织坏死率和临床疗效。结果:治疗组局部组织坏死率11.62%,对照组坏死率32.56%,2组有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的临床疗效有显著差异,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蛇毒清胶囊对眼镜蛇咬伤患者局部组织坏死有预防作用。Objective： To observe the prevention actions of Sheduqing capsule on local tissue necrosis of cobra bite patients. Methods ： 86 cases that were bitten by cobras in 60 minutes but had not local tissue necrosis were divided randomly into two groups, all accepted regular treatment. The treatment group was treated with sheduqing capsule in addition. The therapeutic course lasted 7 days. Compare the clinic efficacy and the necrosis rates of local tissue between 2 groups. Results： The clinic efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The necrosis rate of local tissue of treatment group was 11.62%, the rate of control group was 32.56%, the necrosis rates between 2 groups has significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Sheduqing capsule could prevent local tissue necrosis of cobra bite patient.
