摘　　要：指出设计流程管理是工程勘察设计行业的关键性业务,项目设计流程管理系统是设计院信息化建设的核心。设计院迫切需要利用该系统,对项目的计划、设计、控制及质量等进行有效地管理,以期建立完整、协调的设计工作环境,规范企业管理,提高企业的管理水平。It stresses that the design process management is a key task in engineering survey and design industry, while the management system of project design process will be the core to build information network for a design institute. The system is so important for a design institute if it wants to effectively control the project planning, manage the design process and quality thus building up a complete and concord environment for design work, normalizing enterprise＇ s management and improving management level of enterprises.
