摘 要:采用显微观察和凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术对银杏(Ginkgo bilobaL.)枝条营养贮藏蛋白质的动态变化规律及蛋白质组分进行了测定分析。结果表明:贮藏蛋白质含量在银杏越冬期间一直保持较高水平,到翌年春季芽萌发时,贮藏蛋白质迅速转移再利用;新梢生长到了夏末秋初,又重新开始积累贮藏蛋白质。银杏枝条贮藏蛋白质组分可分为高分子量、中分子量和低分子量3类;变化最明显的是高分子量的45 kD蛋白,其在芽萌发前可以清晰地辨认,展叶后逐渐消失,因此,45 kD蛋白可能是银杏营养贮藏蛋白质的主要类型。The changes of seasons and the fraction of vegetative storage proteins (VSP) in the branchs of Ginkgo biloba L. were measured and analyzed by microscope and SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that VSP accumulated in fall and kept high level throughout the winter, until the next spring the bud broke, VSPs were almost mobilized completely. With new shoots growing, VSPs resumed to accumulate in late summer and early fall. The fraction of VSP in the branchs of G. biloba L. could be divided into three different types:high molecular weight, medium molecular weight and low molecular weight. The proteins with high molecular weight 45 kD changed greatly during the course of the shoots sprouting,of which the proteins 45 kD could be detected clearly before it sprouted and disappeared gradually after the leaves spreading. The proteins 45 kD were probably the main types of vegetative storage proteins of G. biloba L.
