山西省甜高粱的发展与展望

摘　　要：简述了山西省甜高粱发展的历史及现状,对甜高粱发展的科研生产状况进行了较全面的回顾,重点讨论了利用甜高粱茎秆制糖、酿酒、酿醋以及青贮、饲用综合利用研究结果和效益。在此基础上,针对全省甜高粱的发展,以利用甜高粱茎秆中的糖分发展酿造业,替代部分粮食;以利用茎叶作饲草、饲料发展畜牧业;以绿色能源作物发展、制取酒精等方面提出了设想和建议。This paper gives a brief introduction to the history and current situation of scientific research and production of sweet sorghum in Shanxi province with emphasis focused on research results and economical benefit of comprehensive utilization in sugar refinery, wine and vinegar brewing, and as a silage and fodder crop. Based on the exploitation of sweet sorghum in the whole province, suggestions on using the stalk with high content of sugar instead of grain for developing brewage industry and animal husbandry, and as an energy crop to be used to make alcohol were given.
