新型复方中药制剂沙大净对治疗仔猪黄、白痢的临床试验研究

摘　　要：研究新型复方中药制剂沙大净对治疗仔猪黄、白痢的效果。试验选取患白痢仔猪387头,患黄痢仔猪393头,各分为沙大净口服液组、沙大净注射液组、磺胺咪组、氯霉素组。结果表明:沙大净口服液组对黄痢的治愈率是83%、有效率是92%,对白痢的治愈率是88%、有效率是95%;沙大净注射液组对黄痢的治愈率是92%、有效率是96%,对白痢的治愈率是93%、有效率是98%;磺胺咪组对黄痢的治愈率是73%、有效率是83%,对白痢的治愈率是78%、有效率是84%;氯霉素组对黄痢的治愈率是78%、有效率是82%,对白痢的治愈率是82%、有效率是86%。因此,新型复方中药制剂沙大净对仔猪黄、白痢有显著疗效。In this paper, effect of Chinese medicine compound in yellow and white diarrhea disease of piglet has been studied. Methods： 387 piglets taken white diarrhea disease and 393 piglets taken yellow diarrhea disease. Each a disease were allotted to 4 groups （Oral Sadajin, Injection Sadajin, Sulfamidine and Chloromycetin）. Results： cute rate of yellow and white diarrhea disease, Oral Sadajin is 83% and 88%, Injection Sadajin is 92 % and 93 %, Sulfamidine is 73 % and 78 %, Chloromycetin is 78 % and 82 %. Effect rateof yellow and white diarrhea disease, Oral Sadajin is 92% and 95%, Injection Sadajin is 96% and 98 %, Sulfamidine is 83 % and 84 %, Chloromycetin is 82 % and 86 %. Conclusion： This study shows that the curative effect of Sadajin in yellow and white diarrhea disease of piglet was better than sulfamidine and Chloromycetin.
