摘　　要：以福建省地壳运动观测网络为基础,简要说明了在省级GPS基准网建设过程中项目的立项问题,并对省级GPS基准网的选址、基建、仪器选型与安装调试、数据处理等进行了说明。还对省级GPS基准网的应用需求和发展前景进行了阐述,对其他省局建设省级区域性GPS基准网有所借鉴。Based on the crustal movement observation network in Fujian province, the establishment of a project on the construction of GPS fiducial station net in a province is briefly discussed, and the site selection, construction, instrument selection, installation and debugging of GPS fiducial station net in a province are also examined in this paper. In the meantime, the application and prospect of the GPS reference net in a province are described, and these experiences may be useful for the construction of regional GPS fiducial station net in other provinces.
