新型胃窗声学造影剂在胃超声诊断中应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨应用胃窗声学造影剂(OUCA)在胃显影状态下胃超声诊断的可行性价值,寻找和总结超声诊断规律和特点。方法60例健康受检者和12例胃癌患者分别饮用造影剂后行超声检查,观察正常胃解剖结构显影效果和胃癌声像图特征。结果使用OUCA后胃整体显影效果满意,远场效果优于近场,远场满意率为97%,近场不满意率为30%,进展期胃癌病变的显示率为100%。结论新型增强型胃窗声学造影剂能明显改善胃区超声图像质量,提高病变显示率,对胃部疾病诊断有重要意义。Objective To investigate the feasibility of stomach ultrasonic diagnosis under sumach displaying used with oral ultrasonic contrast agent to fred and summariize regulations and characterteristics of ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods 60 healthy objects and 12 patients suffexed with stomaches cancer were examined affect respectively drinking OUCA and to observe displaying effect of normal stomach contract and imaging characteristics of stomach cancer. Results The whole displaying effect was satisfied used with OUCA. The effect of far field was better than the near one. The satisfied rate of far field was 97%. The dissatisfied vate of the near field was 30%. The displaying rate of the developing stomach cancer pathology was 100%. Conclusion New OUCA can ameliorate ultrasonic imaging quality of stomach and improve displaying rate of pathology. It has the important meaning in stomach diagnosis.
