摘　　要：介绍新研制的中厚板高位出钢机的基本原理与特点,已用于某中板厂加热炉炉前,彻底根除了出钢时下表面擦伤和撞击疤痕的故障,提高板坯质量,并值得参考借鉴。This paper introduces the basic principle and characteristic of the higher position billet extractor which has been installed in the front of reheating furnace in the middle plate plant. The subsurface scrapes and knock marks has been eradicated during the process of extracting the billet. The quality of billet is raised and deserve referance.
