摘  要:以配合电弧炉炼钢的LF炉为主,指出炼钢电弧炉与LF炉工艺的差别,分析影响LF炉变压器额定容量因素,根据电弧炉的冶炼周期,考虑电弧炉与连铸生产节奏、LF炉最大的处理钢水量及最短处理周期(最大处理能力)等来确定变压器的容量;根据LF炉工艺特点、处理的钢种等确定变压器的主要技术参数。Focused on the ladle furnace cooperating with the steelmaking of electric arc furnace, the differences between the process of steelmaking electric arc furnace and ladle furnace are pointed out. The factors that affect the rating capacity of the transformer of ladle furnace are analyzed. According to the cycle of electric arc furnace, the producing period of electric arc furnace and concaster as long as the maximum capability of ladle furnace is considered to determine the capacity of transformer. Based on the processing characteristic of ladle furnace and the categories of steel, the main technical parameters of transformer are determined.
