摘　　要：在冶金企业某些特定的条件下,通用型联轴器故障率高、点检润滑不便,无法满足生产要求,邯钢型棒材厂通过技术改进,减少了事故和维护量,延长了寿命,经济效益明显。Under some specific conditions in metallurgy enterprises, general coupler cant meet production need because its shortcomings such as high failure rate and dot - inspect lubrication inconvenience. Through technique improvement in shape steel and bar factory of Handan iron and steel company accident and maintenance rate was reduced and lifespan was prolonged that has yielded economic returns.
