摘　　要：工作流引擎是工作流管理系统的核心,它负责解释工作流模型定义、控制和维护流程实例的运转。本文分析了基于嵌入式引擎的工作流管理系统数据模型,研究基于J2EE架构的三层体系结构,通过将工作流中间件与系统框架的集成,建立基于嵌入式引擎的工作流管理系统平台。Workflow engine is the core of a workflow management system. It explains workflow model definition, controls and maintenances how a workflow instance works. The relational data structure of a embedded workflow engine-based workflow management system is analysed. A three-tier system architecture based on J2EE （Java 2 Enterprise Edition） is investigated. In particular, a workflow-enabled platform is developed by integrating a workflow middleware into the framework, to build a embedded workflow engine-based workflow management system.
